After two days of the team working on Lorraine's house, we were split between two houses today. Three returned to finish up at Lorraine's and the remainder went to 6194 Grenada for rehab on a place that will be eventually rented out.
Essentially the building is strong on the outside, but not inside. For the interior work there was more than enough to do. Scraping floors, removing woodwork around doors, much needed scrubbing and cleanup in the kitchen and the beginning of painting bedrooms.
